Prizes
Prizes for the Show Your Web Site Some Love contest are as follows:
(1) Grand Prize*: The grand prize winner will receive a redesign of their current web site plus one (1) FREE year of web site hosting**. Estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is $2000!
(2) Second Place Prize***: The Second Prize winner will receive one (1) free copy of the “Build Your Marketing Plan in One Week” eBook plus one (1) hour of marketing coaching from small business marketing expert, Dequiana Brooks of Inspired Marketing, Inc. Estimated retail value of the Second Place Prize is approximately $200.
(3) Third Place Prize****: The Third Prize winner will receive one (1) free web site design review. Estimated retail value of the Third Place Prize is approximately $75.
Prizes may not be transferred, exchanged or substituted by the winner. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, and cannot be redeemed for cash value. Should the first selected contest winner not accept the prize, the second place selection will be awarded the prize. This process will continue until all three (3) prizes have been awarded and accepted. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor (Inspired Graphics Media & Inspired Marketing, Inc.) is not responsible if any prize winner is unable to accept or use all or any portion of the prize due to failure to qualify or comply with the Official Rules or any law, regulation or other rules which apply to their acceptance, receipt or use of the prize award. Grand Prize winner will be notified via telephone or email on or about February 14, 2011.
* The Grand Prize Winner (the Client) will receive (1) web site redesign of the submitted web site, which includes graphic design and programming services of up to 25 hours of total billable work time. The Client will be required to sign a Web Services Agreement that contains details of the web site offering. Additional services or features, including pages and/or graphics and/or content writing beyond the scope of the 25 hours allotted for the Grand Prize offering, will need to be estimated and paid for separately.
** The Grand Prize also includes one (1) year (12 months) of web site hosting fees, beginning on the launch date of the web site. After the initial 12 months hosting term, the Client will be responsible for paying the annual hosting fees. The Client will be required to accept the web hosting terms that will contain details of the hosting service.
Estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is approximately $2000 US dollars.
*** The Second Prize Winner will receive one (1) free copy of the “Build Your Marketing Plan in One Week” eBook plus one (1) hour of marketing coaching from small business marketing expert, Dequiana Brooks of Inspired Marketing, Inc. The eBook will be delivered to the email address used to submit to the contest. The topic for the one (1) hour of coaching will be at the winner’s discretion. The session must be scheduled prior to February 14, 2012. Any coaching services beyond the one (1) hour will need to be estimated and paid for separately.
The Estimated retail value of the Second Place Prize is approximately $200.
**** The Third Prize winner will receive one (1) free web site design review of the web site submitted for the contest. The web site critique must be scheduled prior to February 14, 2012. Any services beyond the one (1) web site design critique will need to be estimated and paid for separately.
