What’s the difference between your ready-to-go and custom packages?

Our ready-to-go packages use a previously designed template to get your site up and running quickly. The custom packages are for businesses that want a unique design.  One of our designers will work with you to create a one-of-a-kind design.


What if I already have a web host?  Can you still help me?

Yes, once you purchase a ready-to-go or custom design package, indicate that you are only in need of the design template.  You will simply be charged the template set-up or custom design fee.

Do you offer a financing/payment plan?

Yes, we offer payment plans for our custom design fees.  A deposit of 50% is required to start work, and the remaining 50% must be paid within 60 days.  Design work or template installation will begin after your initial deposit.  All payments are non-refundable, and non-payment could result in removal of your site. Please contact us if you would like to use a payment plan option for a ready-to-go package.


What types of payments do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards via Google Checkout, PayPal, money orders and personal checks.  Please note that personal checks require a one-week clearing period before work can begin and there is a $25 returned check fee.


What information do you need from me to get started on your web site?

To finish installation of your ready-to-go or custom site, Inspired Graphics Media needs the following information:

  • Your business name
  • Your business logo, if available.  The logo must be “web ready” and delivered as a .psd, .jpg, .png, or .eps file
  • Your slogan or tagline, if you want to include it.
  • Text to be used on the home page and inside pages
  • All photos to be used on the web site


What if I need additional services?

Inspired Graphics Media is happy to help and offers a variety of add-on services to meet your needs.

FAQs – Ready-to-Go Packages

I love the ready-to-go template I purchased but want to change a couple of things.  I’d like a different font or color.  Can you help?

Yes, while our ready-to-go designs are sold “as is,” a member of our creative team would be happy to make minor text and color changes for you via our web development/programming add-on.

Can I use my own logo in a template?

Yes, you can! The logo must be high quality and sent in .psd, .jpg, .png or .eps format.

Once I purchase a ready-to-go package, how long will it take to install my template?

Most templates are installed within 10 business days. Flash templates may take an additional 5 days.  We will be able to finalize your site once all information (text and photos) are delivered to Inspired Graphics Media


What is not included with my ready-to-go web design package?

Your purchase does not include the following:

  • Domain Name (available from Inspired Hosting for only $15.95/year)
  • Setup of categories and products, product descriptions and/or product photos
  • Setup of payments and shipping options
  • Changes to any graphics, colors, fonts and/or layout
  • Layered .psd files of graphics
  • Custom logo design. Your business name and slogan will be stylized as shown on the web template example.


What does the set-up fee include?

Our ready-to-go web site packages include free installation of your template, graphics and stylesheets.  No source files or .psd graphics are ever released.
