1. Initial assessment: your current fan page would be assessed for what’s currently working and what’s not
2. Competitive check: we’d take a look at those in your industry who seem to be having success as a benchmark
3. Target market: together we’d work to understand your target market, that key group of people who want what you have to offer, and how to offer yourself as the solution
4. Content strategy: recommendations for the key themes/benefits you want to communicate to your audience and discussion of some fan exclusives
5. Attract the fans: recommend tactical ways to increase your fan page, e.g. ads, group participation, giveaways, etc.
6. Social media maintenance: schedule content and either contract us to maintain a certain number of posts or teach you how best to interact with your audience (see packages below)

Bronze Social Media Maintenance – $450/month

Basic monthly social media maintenance package includes:

• Up to 2 status updates/day on 2 networks (Monday – Friday; client to provide content)
• Get rid of unwanted SPAM on 2 networks
• Accept “friend requests” and “follows” on 2 networks
• Basic profile management on 2 networks (any basic modifications of profiles)
• Basic email support

Silver Social Media Maintenance – $850/month

• Up to 4 status updates/day on 2 networks(2 Facebook Fanpage or LinkedIn updates, 4 Twitter updates) (Monday – Friday; client to provide content)
• Get rid of unwanted SPAM on 2 networks
• Accept “friend requests” and “follows” on 2 networks
• Basic profile management on 2 networks
• Audience Building on Twitter and Facebook
• Once a month 30-minute strategy call
• Once a month “attract the fans” promotion (additional fees may apply, e.g. contest tool, Facebook ads, etc.)

Gold Social Media Maintenance – $1450 /month

• Up to 4 status updates/day on 2 networks (2 Facebook Fanpage or LinkedIn updates, 4 Twitter updates) (Monday – Friday; client to provide content)
• Get rid of unwanted SPAM on 2 networks
• Accept “friend requests” and “follows” on 2 networks
• Basic profile management on 2 networks
• Accelerated Audience Building on Twitter and Facebook
• Twice a month 30-minute strategy call
• Twice a month “attract the fans” promotion (additional fees may apply, e.g. contest tool, Facebook ads, etc.)
• Reputation monitoring on Twitter and Facebook and Google Alerts – report sent once every 2 weeks
